In over 90% of cases, a small pea sized lump can be felt in the testicle. In over 80% of cases this is painless. This may be felt whilst a man is checking himself or by a medical professional.
Although more common in non-cancerous conditions of the testicle, aches, pain and a dragging sensation in their the testicles can also be possible signs.
In rare cases, men may experience swelling or tenderness around the breast. They may also experience back pain caused by enlarged lymph nodes.
