BSL Healthy Minds provides face-to-face therapies for Deaf people, including; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and EMDR therapy.

Our therapists are Deaf or hearing and fluent in British Sign Language (BSL). Some of our therapists can also support Deaf people who do not sign.
Meeting your therapist
After the first assessment, you’ll meet your therapist in person, normally at your GP surgery. Therapy sessions with be on a one-to-one basis for an hour each week. This may be for an agreed number of sessions or ongoing. It can vary from person to person.
