If you are Deaf and live in live in London, Hertfordshire, High Wycombe or Reading, we may be able to help you.
We support Deaf adults (including Deaf adults with mental health illnesses), and Deaf children. We can work with Deaf children at school or at home.
If a Deaf person is receiving care in a hearing establishment, we can even go to them to provide our service ,and to deliver Deaf awareness training to the hearing staff.
We take referrals from GPs, local authorities, social workers, schools or parents, or, if you think you can benefit from our service, you can contact us directly.

Our team of 28 staff (21 Deaf and 7 hearing, who all have BSL skills) offer outreach support seven days a week.
How to start your outreach support
After you, or a care provider, has got in contact we will send you a referral form. Please make sure it is completed, then we can organise a face-to-face assessment. Together we can work out a personal plan for the kind of support you need.
A member of our team will then begin supporting you in whatever way we’ve agreed. Over time two or three members of staff will support you, one at a time.
The first step is to make contact, and the details of how to do that are in the box further up this page.
