SignHealth is a successful and respected charity working to improve the lives of Deaf people through our range of critically important, specialist services. We strive to ensure that Deaf people get the same access to healthcare and other services as hearing people, and support those ignored or overlooked by mainstream providers. With a track record of real impact stretching over three decades, we employ 130 people across the UK, nearly 70% of whom are Deaf.
This generalist role will support the charity’s line managers by providing HR advice on employee relations, HR projects, reward and recruitment. Demonstrable experience in coaching, training and facilitation would be an advantage as people, organisation and cultural development will be a vital component in delivering the improvement necessary to complement growth plans.
We are looking for a natural and engaging communicator, an expert in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will also manage, develop and mentor a HR Officer. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience, you are likely to be either an experienced HR generalist or already operating at manager level.
