Our care homes offer supported living to Deaf people who have long term mental health issues and complex needs. The homes regularly receive excellent reports from CQC care home inspectors.
Referrals can be made by agencies throughout the UK. To make a referral, or enquiry, please contact a housing manager in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds.
The local managers assess referrals and work in partnership with healthcare and social care professionals.
Once a referral has been accepted and funding has been secured, we support the new resident and encourage them to be actively involved in the transition to their new home.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE VACANCIES IN OUR HOMES IN CONSTANCE WAY (LEEDS) AND POLESTAR (BIRMINGHAM)
The flats are suitable for Deaf people in need of respite, or requiring long-term care for mental health issues.
Five of our homes are registered, regulated and inspected by CQC. Tenants have their own flats, with private bathroom and kitchen, as well as access to communal areas. Staff are on hand 24 hours a day.
A sixth home offers more independent living.[clear-line]
