Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 (dependent on experience)

* Job Type: Part time 9:00pm – 15:00pm, Monday to Friday. 12 months fixed term.

SignHealth is the health and wellbeing charity for deaf people. This role in the Administration Team is essential to ensure our clients get the therapy they require.
The role includes; making appointments, liaising with all parties involved in the service, gaining funding and keeping the databases accurate. Proficient communication skills and telephone manner are therefore, essential as the job holder will be liaising with internal and outside agencies. Previous experience of using databases and confidence with IT packages is also important.
Even though this role works closely with other team members, we are looking for someone who can use their own initiative when answering queries, organising and prioritise their own workload, work unsupervised and manage multiple, changing priorities.
