James Watson-O’Neill, Chief Executive
James joined SignHealth in 2016 and has spent more than fifteen years in the charity sector having worked in a variety of roles at Scope and the NSPCC. Prior to that James worked in several private sector organisations, including recruitment, marketing, PR and design. James is a trustee of three charities-UK Council on Deafness, the umbrella body for voluntary organisations working with Deaf people; British Society of Mental Health and Deafness; and Voluntary Organisations Disability Group.
Rebecca Mansell, Director of Communications & Fundraising
Rebecca has worked in the voluntary sector for over 25 years, mostly in a fundraising/service development capacity. At SignHealth Rebecca is responsible for delivering their communications plan and fundraising strategy and implementation. Rebecca is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and can be contacted on should you wish to get in touch.
Christopher Reid, Director of OperationsChristopher joined SignHealth in January 2019. Prior to starting, he worked for local authorities and clinical commissioning groups for over 25 years in both operational and commissioning roles. This involved managing and delivering sensory services, commissioning of physical and sensory disabilities, learning disabilities and older people services. At SignHealth he is responsible for the strategic development of operations, as well as the day-to-day running of Advocacy, Psychological Therapies, Domestic Violence, Care Homes and Community Outreach.
