what we do
Longley Road operates on the basis of person-centered planning. The needs and level of support required is determined, with full involvement of the tenant, following a careful assessment of individual need.
SignHealth encourages tenants to develop everyday living skills, for example, looking after their health, learning to budget, cooking and socialising. Tenants are supported and encouraged to develop interpersonal skills and to develop positive personal relationships both inside and outside their home. At monthly house meetings tenants’ and the support team formally discuss ideas and issues and negotiate choices in respect of the running of the home.
