Be Mindful

Supported by the Mental Health Foundation, this is a great place for information on mindfulness. What is mindfulness? Take a look at the site. Although it is aimed at people experiencing depression, mindfulness courses can provide anyone with ways of taking control of their own mind. The NHS is starting to fund courses. Find out more at the site. If you do a course then please let SignHealth know as we want to know how to make mindfulness more accessible for Deaf people.

If you need a computer system to help you work with others, then huddle might be for you. Based in the Cloud, huddle allows you to share documents, have discussions, schedule tasks and more. We use huddle for managing some of our projects.
