Employee fundraising
Nine out of ten people say their employer’s social and environmental responsibility is important to them and healthcare is an issue that affects everyone, meaning your employees can relate to what we do.

We have formed a partnership with Bell Fundraising Limited and a group of other charities (Action Medical Research, Childlife, Arthritis Research Campaign, Guideposts Trust, Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, Mencap, RNID, The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, RNIB and The Children's Society) to form "Friends at Work".
On behalf of "Friends at Work", Bell Fundraising Ltd can visit your company to let individual employees know that they can help these organisations, including SignHealth, through payroll giving. This is a new and unique concept in payroll giving in that they work with us directly and all donations are split twelve ways between the charities involved - rather than having to choose one.
If you would like to support SignHealth as part of the "Friends at Work" group, please contact fundraising@signhealth.org.uk or Bell Fundraising Ltd on
Complaints Process
SignHealth is proud to be a member of the Fundraising Standards Board. By doing this, we make a promise to you that we raise funds honestly and properly, that we follow the Institute of Fundraising's Codes of Practice and comply with the key principles embodied in the Codes. You can download a copy of The Fundraising Promise below.
SignHealth aims to resolve any complaints, including those about its fundraising, as promptly and as amicably as possible. In the first instance please contact fundraising@signhealth.org.uk if you do have a complaint related to SignHealth's fundraising practices.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns quickly and the complaint falls within the Fundraising Standards Board Scheme, the Director of Fundraising will provide you with a copy of the SignHealth fundraising complaints procedure and a copy of the relevant Institute of Fundraising Code of Practice.
